Feeling stuck in your daily life?
You may need a new strategy so you can advance into your life purpose!
Here are a few signs that you need a new game-plan so you can keep moving forward:
#1 You’re bored with your life.
You may feel like everything is same-old-same-old, like you’re just going through the motions of your day.
Boredom is simply a sign that you can change—and that you want to change. You don’t usually need a major realignment, but just a few small adjustments to get on track to a better future and a more fulfilling life.
Ask yourself: What is causing my feelings of boredom?
Boredom is usually the result of the lack of focus or challenge. Do something to break out of your normal routine. Find a new hobby, start a new venture, try a new restaurant, travel somewhere new or call a friend you haven’t talked to in a while.
Sometimes your breakthrough is tied up in your willingness to try new things!
#2 You keep repeating the same cycles over and over.
Does this sound familiar?
Every time it looks like you are moving forward a little in life, something happens to set you back again. Or you feel like you continuously trip up because of the same negative cycles or patterns of behavior.
It Might Be a SPIN Cycle
I have identified a SPIN Cycle that people get into. SPIN is an acronym for:
- Stuck in the past
- Procrastinating
- Internal negative thinking
- No clear vision
Ask yourself: What is the root of this negative SPIN cycle? Then counter this negative idea with truth.
Are you stuck in the past? Here’s the truth: The past is over, and today you can do something that moves you closer towards your goal.
