So, as we enter into the Jewish New Year 5779 – it will be a year of SEEING greater revelations of God as well as giving BIRTH to His plans and purposes. It is time to remove the limitations and allow God to reveal His glory to you. So, what is the ‘new’ He wants to do within and through your life?
The dictionary defines ‘new’ as though not existing before. It is though you will experience for the first time. I believe this will be a time for you to SEE God in a way you have never experienced before. He is going to reveal a facet of Himself to you that has never been known to you. It is also a time for you to SEE yourself from His perspective. I sense God is going to give you a clearer picture of yourself. It’s time to align yourself up to His thoughts and mindset. It will be a time of breaking of the spirit of limitations. Limitations keep us from operating in our fullest potential. It keeps us from excelling into the very things God has ordained over our lives.
The other definition of ‘new’ is already existing, but seen, experienced or acquired for the first time. In other words, there are things God has conceived (His promises) within you, but will be birthed in this season. It has been hidden and now is the time to see it come to fruition, to experience it, to acquire it within your lives. Just as a woman conceives, she must allow the baby time to develop and mature. The baby is hidden within the womb until the appropriate time for birthing. This analogy applies to you! God has hidden within you, His promises and now is the time to give BIRTH!
I want to encourage you to take extra time with the Lord. Diligently seek His face and allow Him to whisper into your heart His heart. We are moving into a time where God is going to bring forth His harvest and He wants to use you to be a part of it!
Isaiah 43:18-19 “Do not (earnestly) remember the former things; neither consider the things of old. Behold, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs forth; do you not perceive and know it and will you not give heed to it? I will even make a way in the wilderness and rivers in the desert.” (AMP)
